Description
"Well-known as being oft-visited by Whalers and was made famous in Herman Melville's Moby Dick." The cherished structure is more than 175 years old. Atop the cupola a beautifully designed weathervane lords over the building. The bethel is in New Bedford, MASSACHUSETTS, USA, resting on top of Johnnycake Hill in the historic end near the city's famous waterfront.
